Camellia Landscapes – Garden & Landscapes Services

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Camellia Landscapes (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking or agreeing to any work with Camellia Landscapes you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time.

Quotes may change if:

The scope of work changes

Access restrictions are identified

Additional work is requested

Site conditions differ from those described

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the garden or work area at the agreed appointment time.

If we arrive and cannot access the property or garden, a £25 no-access charge will apply to cover travel, time, and disruption to the work schedule.

Examples include:

Locked gates or doors

No response from the customer

Vehicles or obstacles blocking entry

Pets preventing safe access

If access becomes available later, work may need to be rescheduled to the next available date.

4. Pets & Garden Cleanliness

For safety and hygiene reasons, customers must ensure that all dog or pet waste is removed from lawns, patios, and work areas before our arrival.

If pet waste is present and requires removal from equipment such as lawn mowers, tools, or work surfaces, a £25 cleaning fee will be applied to cover cleaning and sanitising of equipment.

In cases where the area cannot be safely worked on, the job may be rescheduled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in a £25 cancellation fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

For larger jobs, we may request:

A deposit for materials

Stage payments for longer projects

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Inform us of underground pipes, irrigation systems, cables, or hidden obstacles

Ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area

Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas before work begins

Cam-Land cannot accept responsibility for damage to items left within working areas.

8. Waste Removal

Garden waste or other materials will only be removed if this has been agreed in the quotation.

If waste removal is not included, waste may be left neatly on site for the customer to dispose of.

9. Weather Conditions

Some services may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions to protect safety, equipment, and the quality of the work.

If this occurs, the job will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

10. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution, Cam-Land cannot be held responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to property or garden areas

Damage caused by hidden hazards not disclosed by the customer

Delays caused by weather, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The most current version will always be available on our website.
